The Gourmet Award was awarded by the Gourmet magazine in Slovakia for excellent gastronomy and restaurant services. The Colette restaurant, which ranks among the top establishments in Bratislava, won the prestigious Golden Forks award.

The publication of the Gourmet in Slovakia booklet is an annually anticipated event in the entire gastronomic community. The publication of the booklet is also associated with the awarding of the Gurmán AWARDs in categories such as Restaurant of the Year or Chef of the Year, as well as the awarding of the prestigious Golden Forks. The authors explain that the best restaurants in Slovakia are featured in the booklet .

Who will be the recipient of the prestigious award is up to the decision of the expert judges of the Gourmet and also the votes of all the chefs from the restaurants. This year, the Slovak version of the Michelin stars also went to our French restaurant Colette. The unique atmosphere, exquisite menu and first-class ingredients convinced the expert jury that we really deserve the Golden Forks.

"We were very pleased to be able to participate in this event. Above all, we are delighted to have won the Golden Fork award, which has placed us among the best restaurants in Slovakia," says Anthony Point, co-owner of Colette restaurant.
