The world of gastronomy was not Michaela's first choice - she started to pursue it after years spent in the world of modelling, having travelled all over the world since she was 17 years old. It all started with love. A love for her French boyfriend Anthony, for good food and for sweet madeleines. Inspirations stemming from passion motivated her to create something special. The desire to offer guests an original experience that goes beyond the usual gastronomic standards brought together authentic flavours, sophisticated design and a stylish atmosphere. And the love remained.
Today, Colette stands for elegance, fine dining and unforgettable experiences, which Michaela oversees personally, with attention to every detail. With a successful business, bold plans for the future and a one-year-old daughter Amélie in her arms, she personifies "woman power" and inspires all women to never give up on their dreams and ambitions.

Anthony Point, a native of Annecy, France, and a graduate of Sophia Antipolis - Europe's "Silicon Valley", brings a unique perspective to the world of gastronomy. It's fascinating how technology, inspiration from travel and love of Slovak cuisine can translate into a project that redefines modern French cuisine.
Anthony is one of the key creators of Colette, the restaurant he founded with his partner Michaela. With his innovative vision and strategic thinking, he became the brains behind the whole project. Inspired by his travels in France, neo-bistros and traditional restaurants, he brings to Colette the concept of modern French gastronomy with an emphasis on authenticity, freshness and a vibrant atmosphere.
Under his leadership, Colette has become synonymous with experiences that go beyond food. Every detail - from flavors to story to atmosphere - is carefully thought out to create a sensory delight. Anthony works closely with the team to create a menu that respects French culinary traditions, takes innovative approaches and uses locally sourced ingredients. His ability to create concepts that resonate with customers takes Colette to ever higher levels.
PATTISERIE CHEF AND DESSERT MASTER
Evamária Budáčová is the creative soul behind the unique desserts at Colette restaurant. Her passion for baking was born during her teenage years, when she discovered that combining flavours and aromas can be not only a form of psycho-hygiene, but also a way to translate her creativity into something tangible and unforgettable.
She herself refers to baking as an art that combines traditional techniques with an innovative approach. Her journey began with simple experiments during her student days, but has gradually worked its way into the professional kitchen where she is developing her talents to the full. Every dessert she creates is the result of her dedication, precision and taste for discovering new combinations that will delight even the most discerning Colette guests.
French desserts, her speciality, require precision and respect for tradition, but Evamaria is able to enrich them with modern elements and original flavour combinations. Her goal is to bring guests an experience that goes straight to the soul - exactly where she believes desserts belong. Evamaria is also a dance teacher and dance studio owner, which highlights her passion for the art in all its forms. As Michaela's sister, she brings a warm family atmosphere to Colette that poetically complements her unique culinary talents.
CHEF SOMMELIER - MASTER OF WINE AND CULINARY HARMONY
Corto Guichard is the soul of Colette's wine offering, where he serves as chef sommelier. With a passion for wine and gastronomy, he brings guests unique experiences that create the perfect harmony between food and drink. His journey began in France, where he worked in gastre from a young age and later in wineries in Burgundy - the region he hails from. It was there that he graduated from a prestigious sommelier school, where he received his diploma and expertise in one of the most important wine regions in the world.
Corto focuses on selecting wines from small French winemakers, often from lesser-known regions, with a preference for natural and organic wines. His goal is to take guests on an adventurous journey of discovering unusual grape varieties, innovative vinification techniques and unique flavours. He considers food and wine pairing at Colette to be an art that requires careful collaboration with the kitchen and a deep understanding of flavors.
As he puts it: "Wine is a passion for nature, history and heritage. It is the joy of introducing new flavours to guests." Corto takes pride in his carefully selected wine list because it reflects his personality and philosophy. His goal is to convey the total experience - from aperitif to dessert. "C'est la fête," says the fresh-faced "father" of a French bulldog who couldn't be given any other name than Pinot.

Colette is a sublime French name that literally has just the right "zing". It is very traditional (like our Madeleines) and is not much used in France nowadays. In the past, Colette, as a lady, carried with it an unforgettable experience. That's why my establishment is called Colette. Simply J´adore!
